The primary challenge we encountered involved enhancing the generation of leads for this client. The lead strategy in place had reached a plateau and demanded a comprehensive reassessment. This included examining the demographics being targeted, utilizing data analytics to pinpoint areas for growth, and assessing potential lead incentives.

Offline conversion tracking setup
Our initial focus was on verifying that all conversions were accurately tracked to provide the Google Ads algorithm with the necessary data. Collaborating with the marketing team, we identified, established, and tested each lead stage from SQL to closed customers. Our aim was to guarantee that all data was correctly imported back into the Google Ads account.

Landing Page & Ad copy optimization
We conducted a meticulous process of optimizing both the Landing Page and Ad copy within the framework of Google Ads. This involved refining ad messaging to improve relevance and Quality Score, optimizing landing page elements such as keywords, design, and user experience to increase Ad Rank, and aligning content with audience intent to enhance Ad Relevance. Through these strategic adjustments, we elevated the overall performance metrics, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Quality Score, and ultimately Conversion Rate
Results:
After the optimization revisions were made, we saw a 100% increase in both conversion rate and Sales Qualified Leads and an 80% lower cost per acquisition than all of their previous marketing efforts.
